Why people stop using a loofah
A loofah is a mesh ball you have to wrestle behind your back, but it still can't reach the middle. Here's the honest comparison.

Questions, answered honestly
Is it too rough? Can I use it on sensitive skin?
It's firmer than a washcloth, and the pressure is entirely yours to control. But be straight with yourself first: this is nylon, and nylon can irritate sensitive skin or trigger a reaction in people with a nylon allergy. Test it on a small patch — inner forearm is ideal — before your first full-body use.
If your skin runs reactive, start with light pressure twice a week and see how it settles. Discontinue use if irritation develops. For external use on intact skin only — not on broken, irritated, or sunburned skin.
How do I take care of it?
Rinse it thoroughly after every single use and hang it somewhere it can dry completely — not folded, not in a puddle on the shower floor. Damp nylon can grow bacteria. Dry nylon can't. That one habit is the whole maintenance routine.
Use it two to three times a week. If your skin feels tight or looks pink afterward, ease off — and always moisturize while your skin is still damp.
