Will the shower head fit my bathroom?
It fits most standard ½-inch shower connections used in the United States. Older, concealed or non-standard fittings may require an adapter. Email a photo to support@velansi.co if you are unsure.
What does the filter reduce?
The cartridge is designed to reduce free chlorine, rust and visible sediment at the shower. Velansi is not a salt-based water softener and does not claim to remove dissolved calcium or magnesium.
Will filtration reduce pressure?
The 125 mm shower face uses air assistance to create a fuller-feeling spray. Any cartridge can restrict flow once it becomes loaded, so replace it when the spray weakens or at the recommended interval.
How often should I replace the cartridge?
Inspect it regularly and replace it approximately every two to three months. Heavy use, visible sediment, odor or reduced flow can mean it should be changed sooner.
What comes in each kit?
The Starter Kit contains the shower head, wall bracket, 2 m hose and first cartridge. The 12-Month Kit adds a five-pack of replacement cartridges. The Two-Bathroom Kit includes two matching-color Starter Kits plus one five-pack.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within one to two business days. The current delivery estimate appears at checkout, and tracking is emailed when the carrier accepts the parcel.
Can I return it after installing it?
Yes. Contact us within 60 days of delivery for return instructions. The product may be installed and reasonably tested; eligibility is subject to the refund policy shown at checkout and in the store footer.
