Shipping and delivery

At a glance: Free standard shipping on US orders, one to two business days for processing, and tracking by email.

Processing

Orders are normally checked, packed and handed to the carrier within one to two business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

The current estimated delivery window appears during checkout. Estimates are not guarantees; carrier capacity, weather and address issues can cause delays. Tracking is emailed once the carrier accepts the parcel.

Address changes

Email support@velansi.co as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee a change after an order has entered fulfillment.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If tracking has not updated for several business days, shows delivery when the parcel is missing, or the order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos where relevant. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the available resolution.
